Weigh In #1


Week 1 is done and the results are in....
5 lb. loss for the week!!!
I am totally stoked!!!
Ready to go another week.
We'll have some obstacles with Melissa & the girls coming in next weekend, but I think if we make healthy choices when we eat out, and continue our exercise program, that we will be fine.
(luckily Melissa is in great shape so I know she'll be up for walking with us!)
Then the following weekend we head to San Antonio to celebrate Melissa's birthday, so more obstacles. But once again, as long as we make healthy choices and exercise we should still see some loss.
I'm happy with 2 lbs. because it's still 2 lbs. less than I was before. And I've lost lots of weight quickly before and did it stick? No! So I know that the healthy weight loss range is 0.5-2 lbs. per week, so I am A-OK with that.
So, let's say it again...FIVE POUNDS! YAY! (Chris lost 6 lbs.)

Yay for you guys!! That is really great, Heather, I am so excited for you! :-) I CAN'T wait to see y'all in Dallas (5 days away!!) as well as SA. FUN TIMES!!!!

Congrats Heather! I with you, 5 lbs is 5 lbs! That's great! I have decided that when I get to Alaska that I am joining weight watchers to help me get on the right track with my weight! I think the exercise won't be a problem but I love to eat!!! Congrats again!!!
