Day 4 on BLC

I love my online club/challenge! Just them being there, being committed, keeps me committed to this program. I got up and did my cardio yesterday morning, which is something I haven't done in...well, close to forever. I realized while I was on the treadmill that this time, this weight loss battle, isn't just about losing weight (which takes a long time to see results and usually discourages me before I even get going), it's about challenging myself, DAILY, because of the group. I feel like I've accomplished something EVERY DAY just because I can tell them I did the mini-challenge, or worked toward the weekly challenege, or followed my diet and fitness plans. Those are all successes that I never paid attention to before, but because I am constantly sharing & recognizing them, it really takes my mind off the lbs and let's me focus on the positive changes I'm making.
Got up again this morning and did a 1 hour cardio boot camp work out! Kicked my butt! I saved it on DVR so I can do it once a week and see my progress as I become more fit.
I haven't cheated ONE TIME in the past 4.5 days, so I'm really proud of that. I'm actually looking forward to weighing in. I guess I was supposed to do that today per when I actually signed up for the BLC, so I guess I'll do it tomorrow, then I also weigh-in on Sundays for my group challenge. I don't like to weigh more than once a week, so hopefully BLC online will just let me wait until Sunday and then make that my weigh day? We'll see. Either way, I'll let you know when I do weigh!

That's great! I know, committing to doing at least something everyday seems easier than saying 'I will work out EVERY day of the week' etc. I look at each day like a new day and a great opportunity to do something good for myself. :-) It sounds like you are going to have great success with this, that is awesome! See you in a week!!!
