Toot, Toot

As I've mentioned several times...this blog is not just a way for me to share news with friends and family, but it also acts as Riley's baby book and a journal of my life. So, right now, it's time for me to journal about my weight loss. I started Weight Watchers Online March 23rd and since that day I have lost 18 lbs. and 13.5 inches (and ALMOST 2 jean sizes). I went shopping with my bff yesterday and actually purchased clothes, for the first time in almost 3 years, in the MISSES section (as opposed to 'Women's' and 'Plus'). I was on cloud 9 yesterday, you can't even imagine! So I've been taking pictures at every 10 lb. loss and today was for 21 lbs. (first picture was taken before I started WW, so I was a few pounds heavier than when I started WW, which is why 21 lbs. for pictures and 18 official lbs. for WW), so I thought I'd journal my progress. I'm almost officially halfway to goal (from what I consider my post-pregnancy weight to my goal weight I had 60 lbs. to lose, I've lost 28!!), so I thought it would be a good progress point. So basically, I don't mean to toot my own horn, but on the other hand, I'm extremely proud of and happy about my progress! Here goes.

Starting weight (21 lbs. ago) - I did self timer and it was before we started photography business.

10 lbs. down from first picture

21 lbs. down from 1st picture - 11 from second (and I've gone down about a size every 10 lbs.)

Once again, starting weight - Plus Size

10 lbs. down

21 lbs. down total (and wearing 'regular' sizes)

This was taken already 10 lbs. down (didn't think to take a jeans pic at starting weight)

11 lbs. down from first jeans pic - figured tighter shirt would be better too

10 lbs. down from starting weight again

And 21 lbs. down total (11 from first jeans picture)

I still have 30-35 lbs. I want to lose, and I'm still trucking away very successfully, losing 1-2 lbs. per week (depending on how much I exercise, of course). Hopefully I'll have more dramatic progress to report very soon!
