Swim Lessons

Riley started his swim lessons just over 2 weeks ago. He's been in swim lessons once a year since he turned 1, but this is the first time he goes in the water without Mommy! In fact, they want us at the other side of the pool so the kids get comfortable without Mommy or Daddy with them. Riley LOVES swimming, always has, and does a GREAT job in the water! Riley's biggest problem is that you can't get him to keep his head OUT of the water! He's constantly dunking himself under! He's a fish!

He's actually swimming underwater, through the hoop...you can kind of see the top of his head.

Superman arms...working on putting head in water and then lifting up for breath, I think.

Working on floating...he's doing SOOO well...he used to immediately start freaking out the minute we put him on his back...now he lies there as long as they tell him to.

He's LOVING THEM! I may enroll him again this fall or winter, just to keep him going and learning, and in the water.
