Wow! that's quite a list! I am not a fan of scary movies and don't watch them much. I just recently saw The Exorcist and it was quite good. I will try to watch a few this halloween just for you!
I love Halloween and all the decorations, movies, and FUN that goes along with it!! You listed some great ones, I don't know what I could even add!?! Beetlejuice, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Nightmare on Elm Street, Silence of the Lambs, Halloween- all make my list along with tons of others! :-)
Your list was great! There are some FREAKY movies out there! I used to be a big fan of scary movies, not so much anymore! I think the last scary movie I saw was Saw and that was just too much for me!!
Happy Halloween!!
First of all...let me say, I HATE scary movies. That being said, these are the movies from your list that I have seen...
Alien (the first one)
Seven (HATED this movie, made me feel horrible inside...)
Monsters Inc. (Cute)
Arachniphobia (LOVED this movie)
Sixth Sense (Loved this movie)
The Addam's Family (saw it, don't remember it)
The Lost Boys (saw it, don't remember it)
I can't believe people actually like scary movies! Different strokes, I guess! :)
That is a huge list! I love Halloween, but I HATE scary movies. Michael has conned me into watching a couple of them, but I end up leaving the room! We will definately watch The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. And we also have a Little Bear Halloween movie. Adam loves Little Bear!!
I don't do "scary" anymore. I still enjoy The Great Pumpkin and I LOVE Halloween and all the decorations but I just can't do scary. I used to read horror books and watch all the gross horror movies when I was younger (and I loved them) but that all stopped when I lived alone after college. Freaked me out a little TOO much I guess.
I haven't commented because I have been thinking hard on movies to add :) I have two - Disturbia and Skeleton Key. They are more suspense than scary, but that's more up my alley.
You have quite a list and quite a few I haven't seen - probably won't see either cause I have quite an imagination after the movie is over. I tell ya, The Ring screwed me up! I was not a happy camper any time I saw a fly on the TV - and my loving husband loves to tease me about it!
So, thanks to you I have rented Stephen Kings The Mist and am just waiting for the right time to watch it. I'll let you know how it goes!
I've also tagged you to share 7 wierd/random things about yourself on your blog! See mine for instructions :)
