We FINALLY watched this movie and I have to say...I LOVED IT! I haven't met a single person who didn't love it yet, but I was still skeptical. I just didn't understand how everyone could like it so much...and then I watched it. It was so much more than I could have expected. For those who haven't seen 'Transformers', you are missing out. Please...go rent it now...hell, BUY IT...don't deny yourself the pleasure any longer. This movie has it all: action, drama, romance, suspense and, best of all, humor! I couldn't help but think how much fun the CGI team must have had creating this movie...I mean, when they were 10 years old did they ever dream that they would be creating an epic battle between Optimus Prime and Megatron?!
Shai LaBeouf provided great acting, as is now expected of him. I really believe his clever wit throughout the movie helps make it unique, not just another 'special effects' movie.
"I am Optimus Prime, and I send this message for any surviving Autobots taking refuge amongst the stars. We are here. We are waiting."

YAYY!!! I'm so glad you finally watched it!! I LOVED it too!! Shia is now one of my favorite actors!! Did you see the AWACS and all the inside scenes!?? How cool was THAT?? You can say you have been in one! ;-) I absolutely love action movies and this movie didn't upset. It lived up to all the hype and then some. What did C think?? I know he used to love the Transformers cartoons growing up!!
I didn't think I would like the movie either! I was forced to watch and LOVED IT!! I'm glad I watched it! We ended up buying it and it is now a family favorite, well excpet for the masturbating part, we still have to fast forward through that part when Jackson is watching!!!
